You are here
I'm Curby and I'm here to guide you through Curb and Carry, our contactless curbside pickup service. This is a safe and easy way for you to get your library materials!
How Curb and Carry Works
Step 1: Use the library catalogue to place your holds.
Use the library catalogue to locate the item(s) you want to borrow. To place an item on hold, click the Request button. Choose one of the "KPL" libraries as your pickup location and click the Submit button.
Step 2: Wait for us to contact you.
When your items are ready to be picked up, you will receive an email or telephone notification. Please note the library pickup location and check the pickup hours for that location.
Step 3: Pick up your holds.
When you arrive, call the number on the sign located outside the library. We will ask for your first name, last name, and library card number. Once we have checked out your materials, we will place them on a table for you to retrieve. If you are coming in a vehicle, you will need to park and exit your vehicle to pick up your items from the table. Please remember to follow physical distancing guidelines and stand two metres apart from staff and other customers. We encourage you to wear a mask when visiting us.
